Return Conditions:

  • All exchanges are subject to inspection by our team to ensure that the returned item(s) meet the above conditions.
  • If the returned item(s) pass the inspection, we will proceed with shipping the new product(s) to you promptly.
  • If the returned item(s) do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item(s) show signs of wear or damage.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
  • If the exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new product(s) to you.
